Privacy Notice
This notice explains what information Vallarta.net collects when you reach out for a quote, why we use it, who receives it, what browser storage this website uses, and how to exercise your rights.

Why we use it
We use the information you provide only to:

- Communicate with you about the service you requested
Who receives your information
Your request is not stored on any server of this website. When you send it, it goes to the business WhatsApp (+52 322 106 9496) and, if you send it by email, to info@vallarta.net. Only the Vallarta.net staff who handle those channels see it.
WhatsApp (Meta) and the email provider process messages under their own terms and privacy policies. Vallarta.net does not sell your information or share it with third parties.
Browser storage
Without your permission, this website only uses essential browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), not cookies, to remember:
- Your language preference
- Whether you have dismissed certain site notices
- Your choice in the cookie banner
Cookies and advertising (Meta Pixel)
If you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner, we load the Meta Pixel, a Meta Platforms tool we use to measure visits to the site and show Vallarta.net ads on Facebook and Instagram, including ads to people who have already visited the site (retargeting). The Pixel may store Meta cookies in your browser (for example, _fbp) and sends Meta browsing data such as the pages you visit, your IP address and details about your browser and device, and records when you tap a WhatsApp button or send the quote form (without anything you type). Meta handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy.
The Meta Pixel only turns on after you accept. If you choose “Essential only”, it is not loaded and nothing is sent to Meta. What you type into the quote form is not sent to Meta. We use no other advertising or analytics cookies, and our fonts are served from this website itself.
How to change your choice
You can change your choice at any time from the “Privacy & Cookies” link at the bottom of any page, which reopens the banner. You can also clear this site’s data in your browser settings; we will ask again on your next visit.
How the forms work
Our quote forms do not submit your information to a server. When you press send, your device opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message or email for you to review and send yourself.
Your rights and withdrawing consent
You may access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data (known in Mexico as ARCO rights), and you may withdraw your consent, at any time. To do so, write to info@vallarta.net and include:
- Your name
- The right you want to exercise
- A description of the data your request refers to
- A way to contact you with our answer
We will respond within 20 business days at most.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, we will publish the new version on this page and update the effective date.
